Course description
The TL 9000 Internal Auditing course examines the concepts and methods of effective auditing with respect to telecommunications industry standards. This course is designed to increase a students understanding of auditing techniques in a quality system environment. Students will gain a firm understanding of TL 9000, the ISO 19011 standard and their inter-relationship. With a sufficient balance of virtual classroom tutorial, interactive workshops, case studies and simulated audits, students improve in the vital skills required to operate in a quality management environment.

You may retake the exam as many times as needed until a passing score is achieved. All courses are approved by Quality University and ISO Accelerate Group.

Once you complete the course with a passing score on the exam you will be issued a certificate. Please print this cerificate for your own records.
